Jo-Anne is a registered psychologist with over 20 years experience in individual and relationship therapy and use a variety of techniques tailored to suit the needs of the client, including hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, Mindfulness Meditation and EMDR.
Jo-Anne has a particular interest in the treatment of depression, anxiety, panic disorder, grief and trauma which may often be interrelated.
While working with individuals and groups in organisations for mediation, counselling and training, she has facilitated workshops in depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, conflict resolution, change management and interpersonal skills as well as many other areas of general and topical interest.
Jo-Anne specialises in the development of workshops and seminars designed to meet the needs of the client group.
